RETURN POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (RETURNS & EXCHANGE)

  1. Kindly ensure that items are returned within 30 days from the original date of receipt unwashed, unworn and with all tags and labels intact. Happy Fit LLP reserves the rights to reject returns that do not comply.
  1. Sale item(s) and gift card(s) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  1. You are strongly encouraged to use registered mail option with your shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. Happy Fit LLP does not take certificate of posting, photographs and receipts as proof of posting. You will bear the risk of lost mail.
  1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the initial shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

REASONS FOR RETURN AND OUR FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS:

FOR RETURN DUE TO INCORRECT FIT:

  • Store credit of equivalent value will be issued. Store credit will come in a discount code format and will be emailed to you. (Example: If your items have a total value of S$100 and given 10% discount, your store credit will be S$90.)
  • Voucher will be valid for 6 months.
  • To prevent abuse, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

FOR RETURN DUE TO MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT:

  • Replacement item(s) will be mailed to you after receiving your return item(s).
  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed but only equivalent to SingPost Registered / Normal mail postage fees regardless of carrier used.

FOR RETURN DUE TO INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED:

  • Correct item will be mailed to you after receiving your return item(s).
  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed but only equivalent to SingPost Registered / Normal mail postage fees regardless of carrier used.

TO COMPLETE THE RETURN PROCESS...

Step 1: Download our Return Form here and fill in the required details.

Step 2: Please ensure tags and labels are intact, not a SALE item, and return is within 30 days.

Step 3: Kindly mail the item back to us and remember to enclose the return form with details filled up.

Step 4: Depending where you live, the time required for your return item(s) to reach us may vary. For local, generally takes 3 to 5 working days. For overseas, it can take up to 14 working days.

Step 5: Once we received your return item(s), we will email you with our acknowledgement and follow up actions latest by next working day.
